The owner of this 1900’s historic beachside hotel shouldn’t have a problem with the spirits that haunt this building, judging by the fact that she owns a haunted coffee house in the state capital. This hotel features amazing ocean views, literature-themed rooms and a ton of ghost stories. Some of the strange occurrences here include cold spots during the summer months, an eerie presence, and a shadowy apparition that is known to appear in rooms in the middle of the night.
