We go every October. It's become our thing now. One tip is that I've done it with regular tickets and VIP and if you're going towards the end of the month you'll definitely want the VIP. We watched the general admission line getting longer and longer while we pretty much walked straight in. Saves a ridiculous amount of standing around, especially if you're going on a busy night. I used to think paying extra for that kind of thing was silly but...I'm old now and it means more time for fun.

I had no idea what I was getting into lol. First time going this year and some of those actors are WAY too good at their jobs. The sets were honestly amazing and I jumped at stuff I knew was coming. A total blast! Worth driving to Salem for.

Didn't realize beforehand that this supports the Oregon School for the Deaf. Love a scare for a cause. Had a fun night, got scared a few times, and the money supports a good cause.

Went with my boyfriend on Friday. We were having a nice, light time until the scarecrow near the end, which actually made me yelp. Like a real yelp. Like something a fox makes. I'm not proud, just honest. Nightmare Factory was scary enough to do that.
My boyfriend has been bringing that up ever since, so that's nice.

I've been to a few haunted houses where you can practically see the person waiting behind the curtain to jump out at you. So I wasn't expecting much here. Pleasantly surprised!
You don't feel like you're just walking past a bunch of decorations. Came out laughing, but my hands were still shaking a bit. Annoying when you want to pretend you're brave.

The line for this attraction was about 2 hours. That was a huge downer. The first scene in the haunt was amazing. The rest was "pretty good" or above average.

Came down from Portland. Enjoyed the attraction. It's not as good as something "fantastic" like on tv but it's definitely above average

We went to see this haunt and really had no idea what to expect. WUT? It kicked butt. One of our crew didn't make it through the long hall...
Screamed, cried had a great time, the Clowns in #D are sick!

We've been going to the Nightmare Factory for years and it keeps on getting better every year.
This year was so good, two different haunted houses too, that was fun!
A must see haunt!
