Shanghai Tunnels - Portland Underground
Portland, OR 97209
The Shanghai Tunnels were once used to smuggle alcohol during the Prohibition and even people in an illicit slave trade. They are also part of an underground city beneath Old Chinatown. The tunnels are believed to be haunted because of its rich history in illegal activity.
