At this bank, it has been reported that you can hear people running down the stairs and opening and closing doors, but no one is there. Apparitions have been seen running out of the building and chasing people away, but are then gone when the person turns around to look at who is chasing them. A dog can also be heard barking inside the bank, but is never seen. There have also been reports of apparitions walking up to you and disappearing. A woman in 1920’s style clothing has been seen flushing the toilet’s and turning the taps on and off at night. In the early hours of morning, after the bank has closed down for the night, suddenly all the lights turn on and a shadowy figure can be seen looking out of a window on the top floor.

I use to clean the bank at night an u can hear people talking or walking down the stairs behind u I seen a woman figure in the mirror in the bathroom heard toilets an water flushing an running all the time heard a lil girl laughing several times an a dog barking all the time

I was in the bathroom just yesterday and the toilet in the stall next to me flushed and no one was in there with me!!!

I was born and raised in Roseburg. My Dad and Aunt use to work at the Umpqua Bank and they experienced alot of ghost. They heard the dog barking, people running up and down the stairs. I was with my Dad one night, and we drove by the bank and we saw the lights on and I know my dad turned them off. I helped him close one night. And we stop and looked up and saw someone looking out the window but we looked back and he was gone. I was scared. My dad and I jumped back in the car and drove off. LOL! we were so scared.
