Shilo Inn Suites

I was in Shilo Inn at mammoth just recently. Hair dryer was not working, when we walk-in to the room smells very bad so we have to open the windows. Very old hotel needs an upgrade. At night I was awakened because someone slammed the pillow on my face very hard. I look to my husband and he was in deep sleep. Staff was not friendly.. will never go back

My friend “heard me laughing” from the other room here but I never said a word. The water randomly turned brown on and off. The mini fridge completely froze our leftovers. Heard lots of footsteps but didn’t know if it was just other people in the many surrounding rooms.

I use to be the Banquet Manager in the early 2000's. For no reason at all I would be in the basement getting ready for a banquet and find myself lost in the hallways surrounding the banquet rooms. Only to be lead to a closet time and time again. Each time I opened it something was moved. Also, when setting the tables for the function I would come later to do final arrangements to find that all the tables would be completely undone. I assumed it was a coworker until I found out that it also happened in the dining room upstairs frequently.

A little girls giggle as if something you would hear in a movie, than was talking having a conversation and ran up the stairs could hear her playing.
When drinking a soda the glass slid across the table.
