I lived there in 1979. I was taking a nap on the couch. Not sure if this was a dream or not but I felt someone standing by my head. I heard them breathing but I couldn't turn to look because I was paralyzed.

November 2020

My brother lived in apartment #5 during the summer of 2017. My boyfriend and I went to visit him and stayed with him for a couple days. The exterior of the apartment was a bit creepy looking. I personally didn’t feel or experience any haunted activity. My boyfriend did mention in the middle of the night he heard something in the bathroom fall in the shower. I didn’t hear whatever he heard fall that night. It wasn’t until after we left, I searched for more information on the web about the property. Found out it was a hospital/sanitarium and when I told my boyfriend we were both a little creeped out. Overall, it had an interesting history. Lol.

I have grown up in this town my whole life and never have been inside. Just today I went into apartment #1 to look and move in potentially., I knew about the sanatorium, when I went inside the apartment I felt nothing bad until I got into the back bedroom, when my friend said she didn’t like the bathtub. That was when the front door slammed shut while we were still in and we heard a quiet “Seth” who was my friends brother who wasn’t even around nor ever mentioned . All of a sudden the heaviest energy came over the both of us and we had to leave. The presence in that
Place is strong. It was so dark it almost brought us both to tears. We got out, locked the door. Apartment #1 Was the morgue of the sanatorium

My ex gf used to live there, you would always hear weird noises and doors shutting by themselves, footsteps and sometimes feel as though someone was touching you.
